This listing is for a custom sample kit of Schmincke Horadam Super Granulating watercolor paints. You will receive five pans filled to the brim, 3M magnets on the bottom of the pans, a custom reference card, and an Arches watercolor paper sample. Over three days I fill and pack the pan in layers to prevent cracking and large bubbles. This ensures you are getting a nice, full pan to play and create with! Please be aware micro bubbles are normal and will not effect the quality of your paint. There are five super granulating colors included in each set: • Urban = Yellow, Red, Green, Brown, Grey • Half pan = 2.0ml of paint and measures 0.75 x 0.63 x 0.4 inches • Quarter pan = 1.0ml of paint and measures 0.71 x 0.59 x 0.2 • Mini pan = 0.5ml of paint and measures 0.48 x 0.44 x 0.24 • Metal case with magnets measures 3.5 x 2.5 x 4.5 inches Check out my other listings for additional limited edition colors! 🎨 ABOUT THE PAINT: Since their introduction in 1891, Schmincke Horadam Watercolors have been famed for their colors, control, and innovation. These watercolors contain a combination of naturally granulating pigments which separate and settle into the paper surface for textural effects. While the pigment will still granulate on a smooth paper the appearance will be different from that on rough paper. The more pits and pockets on the surface for the pigment to collect in, the more dramatic the contrast. ⚠️ To keep your paint clean make sure to close the pallet lid AFTER the water evaporates.
